Where We Are Located Our offices are located and serve Amador and Calaveras Counties in the Sierra Nevada Foothills of California. Amador and Calaveras are rural counties bounded by the great central valley to the west and the forested mountains of the sierras to the east. Much of our counties' industries are agriculture and tourism. We are located in the middle of the region called the California Gold Country known for it's popularity during the mid 1800s for the gold discoveries, many of the towns in the area started as mining camps. Calaveras also has the distinction of being known for the Mark Twain short story "The Celebrated Jumping Frog of Calaveras County."   Child Care Resources has offices in Sutter Creek and San Andreas California.  Amador County The Amador office is located at 10877 Conductor Blvd. near the intersection of Highway 88 and 104 (Ridge Road) outside of Sutter Creek, in the new Amador Health and Human Services Building Sutter Creek Map at Google.com Calaveras County The San Andreas Office is on the East side of San Andreas, at 501 F Gold Strike Road San Andreas Map at Google.com
