CHILD CARE RESOURCES COMMUNITY RESOURCE DIRECTORIES For parents and providers, listing community resources such as doctors, dentists, housing, food, and energy assistance. Legal help and emergency crisis lines, (note: The pages in these directories are numbered in a 1/2 page 'booklet' format, the first page is the cover - one sided - following pages are the booklet contents which are printed back-to-back. CCR'S 2006-07 Resource Directory for Children with Special Needs A local direcory (for Amador and Calaveras Counties) of resources available locally and nationwide on a wide variety of special needs issues (special needs can be physical, emotional, health, or developmental. They could be simple allergies, moderate developmental delays, or a child with serious illness) - the directory also includes a brief overview of CCR's special needs material in our lending library. Our newsletter, produced bi-monthly, includes information for parents and providers on child care issues, tips on chidren's health and well-being, child develeopment information, local children's events and new or pending legislation that relates to children and child care. CHILD CARE TIME CALCULATOR
Not good with figuring out how many hours it is between 8:30am and 6:00pm? This old-style 'cardboard calculator' will tell you in seconds. Great for parents and providers figuring out time schedules/costs. Print this calculator wheel on a piece of thick paper or card stock, cut out the two pices and the window, then use a brass fastener to assemble. Align the 'time in' with the 'time out', and the total hours/minutes will show in the window. CHILD CARE SUBSIDY FORMS These Forms are only for use by providers caring for children enrolled on the subsidy program. If you do not have an approved agreement with CCR these forms are not valid. ATTENDANCE / CLAIM FORM: Child Care/Attendance Claim Form (updated Feb. 20, 2008) Please check the appropriate 'color' of the form you normally use for that child.. After filling out this form, make a copy for yourself and send/deliver the all the original forms for that month to CCR.
